Hot Boys Fire and Elevator LLC ("Hot Boys," "we," "us") is an elevator and fire contractor based in Austin, Texas. These terms cover this website and the text messages we send.
This website
This website tells you about our work. It's general information and may change. Prices, schedules and scope for a job are always set in writing for that job.
SMS terms
Hot Boys Fire and Elevator work alerts are text messages for our own owners and staff. They come from Karen, our automated assistant, when something at work needs you: a question from a coworker, a reply in a team thread, or a document waiting for your review.
- To sign up, text START to (512) 872-4520, then reply YES to confirm.
- How often we text varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop getting our texts. We'll send one text to confirm you're unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or email sam@h-boys.com.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
