Who we are
Hot Boys Fire and Elevator LLC ("Hot Boys," "we," "us") is an elevator and fire contractor based in Austin, Texas. Questions about this policy go to sam@h-boys.com.
What we collect
We collect the information people give us while doing business with us: names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, building and job details, and the documents, photos and messages you send us.
This website doesn't use cookies, tracking scripts or forms.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, do and bill our work.
- To talk with customers, vendors, inspectors and our own team about jobs.
- To keep business records and meet legal requirements.
We don't sell personal information.
Text messages
Hot Boys sends text messages about our work, like job updates, scheduling, reminders and questions about documents. We text only people who have agreed to receive our texts, such as our owners and staff, and customers or vendors working with us on a job.

- Reply STOP to stop getting our texts, or HELP for help. You can also email sam@h-boys.com.
- Some of our texts come from Karen, our automated assistant.
We never share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work and run the business: with the customers, contractors and inspectors on a job; with the service providers that run our email, documents, accounting and texting, including AI tools that help us find and read our own records; and when the law requires it. None of this includes text-messaging opt-in data or consent, which we don't share with third parties.
How we protect it
Our records stay in accounts and systems that only our team can reach, and access is limited to the people who need it.
How long we keep it
We keep business records as long as we need them for our work and as long as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
